These Terms are a contract between you and Tooreelz ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using tooreelz.com, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Tooreelz is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will remove it.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You keep ownership of the reels, photos, text, and streams you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content on Tooreelz so the service can function — for example, showing your reel in Discover or your posts in the feed. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared by others or retained in backups for a reasonable period.
You confirm that you own or have permission to post everything you upload, including the rights of anyone appearing in it and any music or footage you did not create.
Reelz coins are a limited license to a digital feature within Tooreelz. They are not currency, not a stored-value instrument, and have no value outside the platform. Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Creators may request a payout of earned coins at a rate of 100 coins to US$1.00, with a minimum of 1,000 coins. We aim to process payouts within three business days. We may delay or refuse a payout if we reasonably suspect fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn. If you earn above the reporting threshold in the United States, we may be required to collect tax information from you and issue a Form 1099.
We may change coin pricing, reward amounts, or payout terms going forward, but not retroactively for coins you already hold.
Every profile and post has a Report option, and you can Block any user to stop them contacting you. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Serious violations — especially anything involving minors — result in immediate removal and may be referred to law enforcement.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, email us with a description of the work, its location on Tooreelz, and your contact information, and we will respond.
Streams are public to logged-in members. The rules above apply to live video exactly as they apply to posts. We may end a stream at any time for a violation.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or creates risk for us or other users. If your account is terminated for violations, any unpaid coin balance may be forfeited.
Tooreelz is provided "as is". We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular audience or income. We are not responsible for content posted by users, or for interactions between users on or off the platform.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Tooreelz is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll post a notice on the site. Continuing to use Tooreelz after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
